Jason Stacey of Ealing council cleared it that what ever newspapers write about cameras in baked beans tins to check the rubbish was a work of pure journalistic fantasy and they have no plans at all to do such activity and they respect citizens privacy.
But he also accept that they do carry out CCTV operations on areas where there is a problem of graffiti, vandalism and flytipping and they strongly support these operations to make the council neat and clean and a happy place for people living in council.
